Job Description

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Candidate generation through various methods including LinkedIn outreach, job boards, networking, head hunting, recruitment technology etc.
  • Speaking with candidates regarding their job search and career aspirations
  • Collaborating with team in ensuring that key clients are satisfied with MP recruitment efforts
  • Generate BD outreach strategy and develop relationships with cutting edge high growth companies
  • Conduct meetings with both new and existing clients to review job requirements, market trends, salary reviews, etc.
  • Negotiate client contracts
  • Reach out to leads (hiring managers) to convey the Michael Page value proposition
  • Convert qualified leads into scheduled product demos with your Account Executives
  • Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices

The Successful Applicant

A successful recruitment consultant at Michael Page will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, account management, or B2B sales in a high growth environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proven track record of success closing deals
  • Experience with business development and lead generation
  • Ability to come up with solutions in a consultative manner for our clients
  • Passion for people and loves working in a fast paced environment
