About Our Client
Michael Page Chicago has a strong reputation of winning that includes hitting our monthly revenue targets for 2 years in a row, promoting over 50% of our office last year (and 50% of those people were promoted twice), and tripling in size in the 3 years I have been here.
After 3 years, 3 promotions, and 3 offices (because we outgrew the first 2) I am looking to add a hungry Sales professional to my growing Indianapolis construction recruitment team. We have over 15 clients in the area and a number of hot jobs meaning you can come in and make money right away!
The role is a combination of business development, managing existing accounts, and working closely with both candidates and clients throughout multiple interview processes. This is a client facing position and we make trips to Indy at least once a quarter if not more often to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
We take a variety of approaches to the market and have a depth of technology that helps us find leads, generate new candidates, and become market experts in our field. It's an exciting opportunity to take control of your career and make a lot of money!
The Successful Applicant
Successful Recruitment Consultants within our office comes in all shapes and sizes and a varieties of backgrounds but the common traits we all share are urgency, energy, and motivation.
The type of background that typically succeeds here is 1-3 years of B2B Sales experience in client facing roles, KPI driven environments, and have had success in those roles.
