Job DescriptionThe Real Estate Recruitment Consultant is responsible for helping Private Equity, Investment Firms, and Developers across Texas secure top talent while cross selling with the broader Michael Page business when possible:Full 360-degree recruitment; you manage your own portfolio of clients AND candidates (180 desk now offered as well)Conducting in person and virtual meetings/presentations with key clients and candidatesNegotiating contractual termsManage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond; including sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.Identify, develop and manage client business relationshipsQualify candidates through review of resume and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirementsConnect clients with Accounting, Construction and IT Michael Page recruitment teams when ableMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
