Job Description

The Real Estate Recruitment Consultant is responsible for helping Private Equity, Investment Firms, and Developers across Texas secure top talent while cross selling with the broader Michael Page business when possible:

  • Full 360-degree recruitment; you manage your own portfolio of clients AND candidates (180 desk now offered as well)
  • Conducting in person and virtual meetings/presentations with key clients and candidates
  • Negotiating contractual terms
  • Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond; including sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
  • Identify, develop and manage client business relationships
  • Qualify candidates through review of resume and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Connect clients with Accounting, Construction and IT Michael Page recruitment teams when able

The Successful Applicant

The successful Real Estate Recruitment Consultant will have the following:

  • 1-4 years of sales or recruiting experience (experience as in the Commercial Real Estate industry as a broker or in investment sales is a plus)
  • Experience exceeding sales goals
  • Knowledge of a KPI driven environment
  • Articulate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Strong competitive individual drive- yet able to work in a team focused environment
