Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing candidates for your teams active client portfolio
  • Fully vet and interview potential candidates, walking them through the MP recruitment process and expectations
  • Responsible for business development, chasing leads and winning new business
  • Contract negotiations with potential new accounts
  • Negotiate salaries for active candidates in process
  • Follow up and check in on actively placed candidates
  • Meet with clients to update hiring needs
  • Work alongside of your team to create recruiting plans for prospective and active clients
  • Become a market expert in your assigned recruitment field
  • Stay on track to maintain weekly and monthly KPIs assigned to you by your manager
  • Attend weekly progress meetings with team to update current forecasts

The Successful Applicant

  • 1+ years of B2B sales or recruitment experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or similar field
  • Relevant internship experience or extracurricular activities
  • Motivated individual who can work on a team while also operating independently
  • Ability to work out of Chicago office location
