Our client is seeking a Recruiting Manager with approximately six years of experience, primarily in attorney recruitment. In this role, you will take ownership of attorney hiring while supporting full-cycle recruitment across various roles within the firm. You will be part of a small, highly collaborative team that values teamwork and adaptability. The position requires a minimum of three days in the office each week.

Job Description

  • Lead attorney recruitment efforts, managing the entire process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic recruitment initiatives and workforce planning.
  • Partner closely with the team on recruitment-related events, including industry events and professional development programs.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for both legal and non-legal roles within the organization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in legal recruitment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Approximately 6 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on attorney hiring.
  • Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, professional environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively within a small, collaborative team.
  • Willingness to work 3 days a week in the office, located in Midtown Manhattan.
