  • Schedule and conduct pre-screen interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and candidate salary requirement information, ensuring qualifications are met
  • Manage and optimize the onboarding and new hire process
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and applications and performing phone screenings
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to discuss hiring needs, sourcing strategy, and candidate evaluations
  • Partner with Director of Recruitment to implement internship and relay rotation program including determination of department needs, recruit, and interview.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2 plus years of full cycle recruitment
  • Ability to professionally interact/partner with stakeholders at all levels including HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a new role.
  • Proven history of goal-setting and competition
