About Our Client

This National Real Estate Investment & Development Firm are currently seeking their Regional Manager to fully manage operations for a portfolio of Class-A, luxury apartment properties. You will ideally have an assertive and entrepreneurial demeanor, with a proven track record within the DC market.

Description

Operational management of all day to day functions relating to Class-A, luxury apartment properties
Implement policies, procedures & strategies to optimize the property portfolio
Budget management & financial reporting
Working closely with the Leasing Director to create and implement the leasing strategy

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or similar
5-8+ years' experience in property management
A background working with market rate, luxury class-A properties
Strong budgeting financial reporting & YARDI skills
