Job Description



  • Identify Opportunities: Proactively seek out new sales opportunities within existing product/service offerings.


  • Innovation: Identify applications where our technology can be leveraged to create new products and drive growth.


  • Market Mapping: Develop a strategic plan for key accounts and markets, including identifying decision-makers, revenue opportunities, and expansion potential.


  • Territory Management: Create and execute an effective territory call plan.


  • Networking: Build strong relationships within target accounts at various organizational levels.


  • Technical Engagement: Organize and participate in technical seminars and product training.


  • Share Gain Initiatives: Collaborate with the commercial team to drive revenue growth beyond market growth rates.


  • Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage and expand your opportunity pipeline.


  • Exhibitions: Actively lead and participate in exhibitions.


  • Channel Partner Management: Oversee distributors and manufacturer's representatives to align with sales growth strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: A 4-year college degree is required, with engineering disciplines (Mechanical/Chemical/Materials/Electronics Engineering) highly desirable.
  • Experience: 2-6+ years of experience in direct and/or distributor sales of technical products, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in PC skills and social media.
  • Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and drive sales growth.
  • Channel Partner Expertise: Experience in managing and leading sales channel partners (manufacturers' representatives and/or distributors).
  • Travel: Willingness to travel overnight 60% to 70% of the time, or as required.
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Legal Status: Must be a US Citizen or have US Permanent Resident Status.
  • Positive Attitude: Proactive and positive approach with a drive to succeed.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand and articulate complex technical subjects effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to build positive relationships with customers, peers, and cross-functional teams.
