With decades of expertise, a national accounts model, and a broad dealer network, the organization protects tens of thousands of retail, institutional, and public‑sector locations while continually setting new standards for performance, reliability, and industry innovation.Job DescriptionThis role focuses on strengthening and growing relationships with a wide range of dealer partners, including commercial door dealers, storm‑protection dealers, window and door companies, glaziers, security consultants, and exterior home‑improvement firms. The Regional Sales Manager is accountable for meeting territory sales targets by uncovering new dealer opportunities, supporting the rollout of new products in the region, and expanding the company's footprint across key market segments.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial door dealers, storm‑protection dealers, window and door specialists, glaziers, security consultants, and exterior home‑improvement partners throughout the region, while actively identifying new dealers to expand coverage in priority markets.Serve as the primary field contact for all dealer and customer needs, ensuring timely follow‑up, clear communication, and a seamless experience from initial inquiry through ongoing support.Continuously evaluate and confirm customer requirements across applications to ensure solutions align with their technical, operational, and project‑specific needs.Manage and update lead activity and customer information within the CRM system to maintain accurate visibility into opportunities, dealer performance, and territory activity.Identify unmet product requirements within the field and collaborate with Engineering and Operations to translate those needs into viable product enhancements or new offerings.Coordinate closely with internal departments (support, service, and management) to ensure dealer and customer objectives are met and projects advance smoothly.Provide hands‑on training to dealer sales teams, including riding along on customer visits, coaching them on identifying target opportunities, and instructing on effective sales and installation approaches for the full product line.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
