My client is a global company that specializes in spray technology and engineering solutions. They design and manufacture precision nozzles and spray systems for a wide range of industries, including chemical, food and beverage, environmental, steel, automotive, and agriculture. Their nozzles and systems are used for cooling, cleaning, coating, humidification, and fire protection, among other applications.

The company is known for its innovation in spray technology and its focus on providing efficient, reliable, and environmentally sustainable solutions.

Job Description

  • Expands business by identifying and developing new opportunities within the designated region for the company's products.
  • Oversees and nurtures relationships with current clients to drive growth.
  • Handles relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Provides regular updates on sales activities to leadership, including travel logs, expense summaries, CRM updates, competitive intelligence, and market trends, in line with company standards.
  • Identifies purchasing patterns, evaluates customer needs, and fosters strong client relationships.
  • Initiates customer inquiries, follows through, negotiates terms, and finalizes sales agreements.
  • Works closely with engineering teams to develop proposals, adjust market pricing, assess conditions, and align with company guidelines.
  • Analyzes client requirements and recommends the most suitable product solutions.
  • Contributes to evaluating market size and growth potential.
  • Enhances visibility of products and the company within the market.
  • Increases the rate of successful sales conversions.
  • Shares sales performance data with management to support future sales planning.
  • Assesses the necessity of participation in local trade shows.
  • Monitors the status of ongoing project quotes and maintains CRM updates.
  • Manages sales operations within the allocated budget, including travel, marketing initiatives, and product samples.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in a technical field; from an accredited institution.
  • Advanced Business or Economics Degree a plus.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in the process equipment industry.
  • Proven sales records in selling process equipment.
