Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in the business services industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful RSM should have:

  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
  • 3-10 years of HVAC sales experience
  • Experience doing project and equipment estimates and take-offs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client management.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectively.
  • Solid understanding of the business services industry.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
