With a global footprint spanning over 40 countries and thousands of machines installed, it remains a leader in high-performance laundry solutions.Job DescriptionDevelop and Execute Sales Strategy Identify and implement strategic plans to grow equipment sales across assigned territories in the industrial and commercial laundry sector.Generate New Business Proactively prospect and secure new customer relationships with laundries, healthcare facilities, hospitality operators, and other relevant businesses.Manage the Sales Cycle Lead the full sales process from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.Territory Management Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities across the assigned geographic region, ensuring consistent activity to meet or exceed sales targets.Customer Relationship Management Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients by providing consultative support and ongoing service to encourage repeat business and referrals.Product Knowledge and Demonstration Develop deep expertise in the company's product lines, including washer-extractors, ironers, finishing tunnels, and cleanroom systems. Conduct effective presentations and equipment demonstrations.Market Intelligence Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify emerging opportunities or potential threats. Provide actionable feedback to management.Collaboration with Internal Teams Work closely with engineering, customer service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient project execution.CRM and Reporting Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions within the CRM system.
