Job Description

Expect frequent travel (50% or more) throughout North America for customer visits, equipment demonstrations, and industry events. Occasional international travel may be required for team meetings or major trade shows.Strategic Leadership

  • Build and execute a comprehensive North American sales strategy within your first six months.

  • Allocate the majority of your efforts toward acquiring new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing strategic partners.



High‑Value Project Management

  • Lead complex, consultative, and long‑cycle capital‑equipment sales efforts, including projects ranging from mid‑scale to large multi‑million‑dollar investments.



Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with affiliated business units and regional teams across the Americas to maximize shared opportunities and coordinated market reach.



Technical Partnership

  • Collaborate with engineering specialists in Europe to develop tailored freezing and chilling solutions that meet the rigorous performance and compliance demands of North American processors.

The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in industrial capital‑equipment sales, ideally involving thermal‑processing, cooling, or freezing systems.



Commercial Agility

  • Comfortable managing long sales cycles, multi‑stakeholder negotiations, and large CAPEX decision processes.



Industry Knowledge

  • Strong familiarity with factory operations and food‑processing environments, particularly in protein or bakery segments.



Mobility

  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently across North America and to international industry events.



Salary
