They are committed to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, and we are partnered to hire a talented and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Texas.Job DescriptionSales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in Texas.Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to address their RF component requirements.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize this information to refine sales strategies and identify potential growth areas.Product Expertise: Serve as the technical expert on RF components. Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our products.Sales Execution: Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Coordinate with the product development team to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, customer feedback, and market trends. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of RF technologies, including RF amplifiers, filters, and other related components. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
