They specialize in providing high-quality products and services to clients across various sectors including Marine, Governnment, Oil & Gas, Construction, Utility, Mining, Safety, etc.

Job Description

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and data analysis to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups on leads and opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Sales (West/Central) professional should have:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets in the West/Central territory.
  • 5+ years of strategic territory sales experience.
  • A proven track record of success in sales within the lift equipment and rigging solutions space.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset to achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time throughout the West Coast.
