Job Description
Reporting directly into the North America Director of Operations and Supply Chain, you will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborate with other Regional Supply Chain Managers
- Develop and deploy global supply chain material
- Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement actions
- Lead inventory modelling, reporting, and action plans
- Oversee multiple sites across Americas (will include travel about once every other month)
- 1 direct report, multi-site oversight

The Successful Applicant
- Education: degree in supply chain, business operations, or relevant
- Experience working in supply chain within a manufacturing environment
- Lean methodology and Continuous Improvement experience
- Multi-site leadership experience
- 5+ years of overall experience in supply chain in manufacturing
