Job Description



  • Provide executive oversight for multifamily renovation projects across Florida.


  • Lead and manage regional Project Managers, Superintendents, and Operations staff.


  • Drive operational strategy, scheduling performance, and cost controls across the portfolio.


  • Maintain and expand relationships with multifamily owners, asset managers, and property management firms.


  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of regional projects.


  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.


  • Travel consistently to job sites throughout Florida to provide leadership presence and support.


  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development strategy within the apartment renovation market.

The Successful Applicant



  • 12+ years of experience in construction, with significant leadership experience at a senior operations level.


  • Extensive background working for a general contractor specializing in apartment / multifamily renovations.


  • Proven experience overseeing multiple projects across diverse geographic regions.


  • Strong understanding of occupied renovation logistics, phasing, and client coordination.


  • Demonstrated leadership ability managing large teams and developing high-performing operations staff.


  • Financially astute with experience overseeing P&L responsibility.


  • Willing and able to travel regularly throughout Florida.
