Regulatory Manager--CPG

• Create Data Sheets that focus on Safety while working in collaboration with the Legal, Marketing, Product Development, Contract Manufacturers, and Quality departments.
• Investigate and resolve any product and process problems related to regulatory issues.
• Work closely to manage all international and domestic registration projects as needed by governmental regulatory bodies or retail customers.
• Evaluate and finalize product packaging based on compliance with labeling regulations.
• Work closely with the Director of Product Development on international regulatory and domestic guidance for product label creation and product development.
