We're seeking a Regulatory Project Manager to oversee and deliver critical, complex projects within the Regulatory Affairs Program portfolio. This individual will be responsible for managing regulatory change initiatives and will serve as the primary liaison and coordinator between the business, IT, senior management, and other project stakeholders, including Head Office members.

Job Description

  • Manage regulatory projects across various businesses in the Americas, potentially part of larger global programs.
  • Ensure disciplined execution and timely delivery of projects according to regulatory timelines and agreed-upon deliverables.
  • Secure project team staffing with the support of the Project Director and relevant governance bodies.
  • Define project governance, gather requirements, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Report on project timelines, budgets, risks, milestones, and collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to ensure project success.

The Successful Applicant

  • Possess 7+ years of project management experience within the regulatory space.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree from a reputable university with a strong academic record.
  • Proficient in using project management software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to adapt to and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a logical and structured approach, and proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and initiative to drive results.
