The Relationship Manager is responsible for providing direct support to clients and ensure that specific needs listed in each client's contract are upheld and fulfilled. Developing of cross functional relationships with clients as peers to identify and capitalize on any new or further business opportunities is critical. Engaging all requests and managing client requests and objectives proactively is key for success.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a client facing capacity. Having a background within financial services is ideal, especially with brokers or brokerage firms. Having an understanding to some extent of the securities business is desirable. Experience and understanding of annual shareholders meetings is desirable. A background as a Transfer Agent is an advantage, but not absolutely necessary.
