As a reliability engineer you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance plans, analyzing equipment performance and risks, and collaborating with various departments to improve maintainability and manage projects. They also maintain documentation, manage spare parts, contribute to equipment investments, and define maintenance procedures.

Job Description

Here are the core responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans.
  • Analyze equipment performance and risks.
  • Improve system maintainability and manage projects.
  • Oversee documentation, spare parts, and procedures.
  • Support equipment investments and the CMMS.

The Successful Applicant



The successful candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and 10+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in aerospace, automotive, or maritime.
  • Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Needs understanding of engineering drawings, maintenance plans, and the ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
  • Knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma and master data environments is prefered
