Job Description

Here are the core responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance plans.
  • Analyze equipment performance and risks.
  • Improve system maintainability and manage projects.
  • Oversee documentation, spare parts, and procedures.
  • Support equipment investments and the CMMS.

The Successful Applicant



The successful candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and 10+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in aerospace, automotive, or maritime.
  • Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Needs understanding of engineering drawings, maintenance plans, and the ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
  • Knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma and master data environments is prefered
