Job Description
- Provide direct support to the finance Agile transformation
- Work with senior leaders to help them transition to agile ways of working
- Promote the Agile mindset across the finance division
- Train teams in Jira and Confluence

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of as an Agility Lead/ Agile Coach
- 3+ years of experience in organizational design and transformation
- Able to lead and facilitate large scale workshops and trainings
- Strong Agile, Jira, and Confluence experience
- Able to travel to NYC with notice
- Fully Vaccinated
What's on Offer
- Hourly rates ranging from $70-$80/hr
