Job Description

* Develop detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for assigned projects
* Coordinate with subcontractors to gather pricing and scope information
* Review design documents and flag constructability or cost issues
* Support bid strategies and preconstruction workflows

The Successful Applicant

* Estimating experience in the South Florida construction market
* Exposure to residential ground‑up and commercial/retail interiors
* Bachelor's degree in a construction‑related discipline
* Excellent communication, detail orientation, and analytical skills
* Familiarity with PlanSwift, OST, Procore, or BuildingConnected preferred
