This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organization, get equity in the organization, and help the company grow!Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities for the Lead Backend Developer / Lead Software Engineer will include but not be limited to:Working with product team and lead engineer to develop implementation plans for upcoming featuresExecute plans using SOLID design principlesEnsure all feature requirements are met with automated and manual testingPlan and execute deployment proceduresEnsure code is of high qualityThis is a chance for you to mentor a junior engineer and the long-term opportunity (if you're interested!) is to be a Director of Engineering / Engineering Manager.
