Job Description

  • Own and drive the end-to-end product roadmap. Actively participate in the development of the product strategy and vision, prioritize complex deliverables, drive requirement discussions, and identify key technology and solution gaps
  • Develop detailed requirements and user story definitions for features
  • Manage product lifecycle from beginning to end (definition, design, development, implementation, testing, launch)
  • Establish and maintain clear communication with stakeholders including brand and other product teams
  • Drive project work streams to identify and evaluate opportunities and priorities to program performance, user experience, and overall revenue
  • Manage test and learn process and proof of concept testing, validation, and competitive analysis
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs among domains and product teams
  • Interface with third-party partnership leaders to drive the business forward while staying true to the business objectives
  • Research and collaborate with UX team to understand customer pain points and translate them into business, product, and user experience requirements
  • Work cross-functionally with design, development, engineering, customer service, and salon partners operations teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle
  • Promote inclusive and innovative culture and principles within cross functional teams, while setting new standards in executional and operational excellence

The Successful Applicant

  • You have 2+ years of Product Management experience, experience at a large organization is a plus
  • You have 1+ years of experience working with eCommerce products
  • You have experience with loyalty and social selling programs
  • You have experience working in an Agile environment
  • You enjoy working both as part of a team and independently
