Renewable Energy - VP, Project Delivery - Chicago

The Renewable Energy - VP, Project Delivery - Chicago will be responsible for:

• Oversee the company's operational activities, including project development, construction, commissioning, and operations and maintenance of our renewable energy assets.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of our renewable energy assets, including identifying and addressing operational risks and maximizing energy production and revenue generation.
• Lead a team of directors to oversee the third party companies across project development and project delivery, ensuring high performance, engagement, and development of team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and regulatory, to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
• Develop and implement processes and procedures both internally and across third parties, to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
• Identify and implement innovative technologies and best practices to improve the performance and competitiveness of our renewable energy assets.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including energy production, revenue, and operating expenses.
• Manage the operational budget, ensuring effective cost control and allocation of resources.
