Our client is a leading High-End Residential General Contractor based in Manhattan, specializing in luxury residential interior construction for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). They are known for their exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and seamless execution of gut renovations in apartments, townhomes, and penthouses.

Job Description

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all phases of construction projects
  • Work closely with architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Oversee material procurement and track delivery timelines
  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and address any project challenges
  • Assist in budget management, cost tracking, and reporting
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring a top-tier service experience

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5 years of experience in residential construction, preferably in high-end/luxury projects
  • Strong understanding of interior finishes, materials, and construction details
  • Experience working with architects, designers, and high-net-worth clients
  • Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam (or similar project management software)
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field (preferred)
