Job Description

  • Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily on-site operations, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and inspections to maintain smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
  • Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
  • Help maintain detailed project logs, daily reports, and site documentation.
  • Support quality control efforts by inspecting work for accuracy and compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Attend job site meetings and assist in resolving field issues as they arise.
  • Foster strong working relationships with field crews, subcontractors, and project managers.

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3 years of experience in construction field supervision or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and site logistics.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documents.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
  • OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.
