Residential Construction - Project Manager

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve any design or construction issues.
• Maintain constant communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, manage resources, and ensure proper documentation throughout the project life cycle.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment on-site.
