Residential Construction Project Manager

• Manage and oversee residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate construction teams to achieve project goals.
