Our client is currently seeking a motivated Project Manager, with estimating experience, to join their growing team.Job DescriptionOversee full project lifecycle including planning, execution, and close-out of luxury residential construction projects.Lead the estimating process by preparing comprehensive budgets, takeoffs, and proposals based on plans, specs, and client requirements.Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and subcontractors to develop accurate cost projections and value engineering options.Maintain project schedules, track budgets, and manage procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.Issue and manage RFPs, analyze bids, and assist in subcontractor selection.Ensure quality control, site safety, and adherence to project specifications throughout all phases.Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and resolve issues promptly.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
