Currently, our client seeks a motivated Superintendent to join their expanding team, offering ample opportunities for career advancement and growth within the company.Job DescriptionManage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to project schedules.Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with NYC building codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies.Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with design intent.Conduct regular site meetings, progress reports, and updates to project managers and stakeholders.Identify and resolve any construction challenges, proactively addressing potential delays or issues.Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
