Residential Interior Estimator

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential construction projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to gather necessary information for estimates.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to identify and calculate material and labor costs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry pricing, trends, and construction methods.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss project budgets and proposals.
• Review and assess subcontractor bids to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare and present cost reports to management and stakeholders.
• Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
