Residential Interior Superintendent

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project schedules are met.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently to avoid project delays.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and safety protocols.
