Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all phases of residential construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all times.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to avoid project delays and cost overruns.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Residential Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in managing residential construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges on-site.
  • Must be commutable 5x a week to the Cape
