Overview:Project Variety: Retail, both ground-up and remodelLocations: Nationwide, the role does not require frequent travelDelivery: Design/buildSize: Approx. 10 people sit in the Muskego office with superintendents traveling nationwideHistory: Founded 20 years ago and has been under the same leadership team sinceJob DescriptionResponsibilities of the Retail Project Manager:Manage and oversee multiple national retail construction projects simultaneouslyWork closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project completionDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentationMonitor project progress and ensure compliance with building codes and regulationsManage project change orders and resolve project-related issuesCoordinate project closeout activities, including punch lists and final inspectionsEnsure the safety of all workers and visitors to the construction siteCommunicate regularly with clients and internal team members to ensure project successProvide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on project status, risks, and issuesEnsure that all project team members are aligned and working towards the same goalsAnticipate and proactively manage project risks and issuesAnalyze project data and provide recommendations for process improvementsCollaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvementsContinuously monitor and evaluate project performance metrics to ensure successful outcomesFoster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and project stakeholdersProvide leadership and mentorship to junior team members as neededAttend project-related meetings and conferences as neededEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standardsDemonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to overcome project challengesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
