Their deep local market expertise, combined with a national reach, allows them to serve landlords, retailers, restaurants, and developers across the country.Job DescriptionOversee construction projects from design development through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.Collaborate with Development and Design teams to ensure design intent is executed accurately in the field.Manage consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and testing agencies; lead OAC meetings and drive accountability.Utilize construction management software (Procore or equivalent) to manage RFIs, submittals, budgets, schedules, and project documentation.Review bid packages, analyze proposals, and provide recommendations for contract awards.Enforce safety policies and conduct regular site audits in compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.Track budgets, review pay applications, manage change orders, and maintain accurate cost reporting.Manage long-lead items, procurement processes, and cost-saving initiatives through value engineering.Review third-party consultant reports and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.Support tenant improvement and property management construction activities as needed.Facilitate project close-out, including permitting, inspections, punch lists, financial close-out, and turnover to Property Management.Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and improve program effectiveness.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
