I'm partnering with a mid-sized general contractor that's making waves across California, Arizona and Texas. With annual revenues around $60M and a strong pipeline of retail-focused projects, they're looking to bring on a Retail/QSR Construction Project Manager who knows the ins and outs of big box retail and quick serve restaurant (QSR) construction.

Job Description

What You'll Be Doing as Retail/QSR Construction Project Manager in San Diego:

  • Leading ground-up and tenant improvement building and construction projects from precon through closeout
  • Managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
  • Collaborating with a tight-knit team that values transparency and accountability

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Retail/QSR Construction Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Proven track record in retail, big box, and QSR builds
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, permitting, and scheduling
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel as needed
