About Our Client
The client has a strong global presence, and has successfully pivoted from a well-known retail background to a trendy, digitally-native eCommerce brand. We have placed multiple candidates within the brand, as they've experienced exponential growth this past year.

The Retention Marketing Manager will oversee retention/CRM/email strategy for the brand. They will be responsible for leveraging customer insights, to target future campaigns, with the ultimate goal of driving conversion.
The Successful Applicant
Candidates must have a retention/CRM background, and have at least 4 years' of email management experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in a beauty/fashion/lifestyle brand and be comfortable having full autonomy over the retention strategy for the brand.
Emarsys and Klaviyo experience is a huge plus. Experience managing an ESP is required.
