Risk Management, Advisor and Business Partner

• Develop, implement and maintain risk management policies and procedures
• Consult with business leaders to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations
• Conduct risk assessments and present findings to senior management
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure risk management policies are understood and adhered to
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management processes
• Participate in industry groups and forums to stay updated on risk management trends and best practices
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the risk management process
