Job Description

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and team members to plan and execute roadshow events for clients.
  • Create detailed itineraries for roadshow trips, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate logistics for events.
  • Assist in the growth and expansion of the Sales & Growth team through efficient event planning and execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to roadshow events.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with 3-6 years of relevant experience in event planning.
  • Prior experience in roadshow planning, particularly within the finance or corporate sector, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Must be based in New York City and available to work in-office Monday through Thursday.
