Job Description

  • Oversee daily roofing operations, including scheduling crews, equipment, and materials
  • Manage field supervisors, foremen, and crews to ensure productivity and quality workmanship
  • Coordinate closely with project management, estimating, and sales teams
  • Ensure projects are executed according to contract scope, schedule, and budget
  • Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance across all job sites
  • Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards
  • Manage vendor, supplier, and subcontractor relationships
  • Track labor efficiency, production metrics, and operational KPIs
  • Assist with workforce planning, hiring, training, and performance management
  • Resolve field issues, customer concerns, and change conditions quickly and professionally

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in roofing operations, field management, or construction leadership
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and/or residential roofing systems
  • Proven experience managing multiple crews and concurrent projects
  • Solid understanding of scheduling, labor management, and cost control
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret roofing plans, specifications, and contracts
  • Comfortable working on-site and in the field daily
