As a Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of a construction project, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. You will serve as the primary point of contact between contractors, clients, and project stakeholders, managing the day-to-day operations to ensure timely and successful completion of the project.

Job Description

  • Identify project related concerns and communicate with Operations Manager to resolve them.
  • Complete small repairs on roofs
  • Meet with homeowners and insurance adjusters to conduct inspections, assess damage (when applicable) and complete the sale.
  • Assist sales representatives with sales calls

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 - 7 years of residential roofing experience
  • Experience meeting with homeowners and insurance adjusters to conduct roof inspections
  • Experience evaluating hailstorm damage
  • Ability and experience fixing roofing issues
  • Resourceful; Problem solving, thinks ahead, makes sound decisions in finding solutions to problems using all available resources.
  • Computer/technology savvy: Is able to fully utilize industry (including Xactimate and Acculynx or similar estimating/project management software)
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written. Professional in interactions internally within the company and externally.
  • This position requires a valid driver's license and an acceptable background check per company policy and standards.
  • A thorough understanding of safe work practices
