Job Description



  • Lead site safety efforts across multiple active construction projects


  • Conduct regular site safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments


  • Train field staff, subs, and project teams on OSHA regulations and company protocols


  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions


  • Maintain all required safety documentation and reports


  • Serve as the go-to resource for compliance with local, state, and federal safety standards

The Successful Applicant



  • 10+ years of experience in construction safety, preferably with a GC or civil contractor


  • OSHA 30-hour certification required; CHST or CSP is a strong plus


  • Knowledge of NYS labor laws, EMRs, safety metrics, and reporting requirements


  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead toolbox talks and site trainings


  • Ability to travel to project sites throughout Western NY
