Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Conduct safety training, audits, and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Lead efforts to improve safety performance and culture across the organization.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify potential hazards and establish corrective actions.
  • Ensure continuous safety improvements through data-driven analysis and reporting.

The Successful Applicant

  • A bachelor's degree in safety, environmental health, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a safety management role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety-related compliance standards.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing safety programs and conducting safety training.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
  • Proficiency in safety data reporting and analysis.
