Safety Manager - Multifamily- Boston

• Develop, implement, and monitor safety programs and policies tailored to multifamily construction projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Provide training and guidance to staff and subcontractors on safety procedures and best practices.
• Investigate and report on workplace accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to address safety concerns and ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation.
• Stay informed about local, state, and federal safety regulations to ensure compliance.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement across all project teams.
