Safety Manager

• Develop, implement, and manage safety programs tailored to the needs of construction operations.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits at construction sites to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide safety training and education to employees and subcontractors.
• Investigate construction accidents and incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety measures into project planning and execution.
• Maintain all safety-related documentation and ensure timely reporting of safety incidents.
• Keep up-to-date with new safety laws and regulations affecting the construction industry.
• Promote a culture of safety within the organization through communication and engagement.
