As they continue to grow, they are looking to hire an experienced EH&S Manager to lead safety initiatives across their active job sites.Job DescriptionThe EH&S Manager will be responsible for:Develop, implement, and maintain EH&S policies, programs, and procedures in compliance with OSHA and all applicable regulationsConduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure safe practicesLead safety orientation and training programs for employees, subcontractors, and site personnelInvestigate incidents and near-misses, complete detailed reports, and implement corrective actionsServe as the primary point of contact for safety-related issues across multiple job sitesMonitor compliance with PPE, fall protection, and other job-specific safety protocolsMaintain all required documentation including safety manuals, training records, and incident logsCollaborate with project managers and field leadership to foster a culture of safetyStay up to date on federal, state, and local safety regulations and best practicesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
