Job Description

  • Drive new business development within the rigid packaging space, with a strong focus on prospecting and account acquisition
  • Identify, target, and develop relationships with brand owners, converters, and key decision-makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored packaging solutions for customers
  • Represent at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
  • Track activity and opportunities using CRM tools and provide sales forecasts

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Account Manager should have:

  • Proven success in new business development sales
  • Packaging experience is required, with a strong preference for rigid containers
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and close new accounts independently
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working remotely while traveling as needed to support sales efforts
  • Self-starter mindset with high energy, resilience, and a competitive edge
