About Our Client
Our client is Brooklyn based shoe company specializing in street style footwear!
* Manage Sales exec project overflow as approved by Division Head, including but not limited to: coordination/ packing of samples, managing new account approval process, preparing sales reports, assisting with NY based seminars and NY shoe shows,preparing/maintaining line sheets and selling tool and creating sales email blasts * Act as liaison to e-commerce photography team to independently manage process; coordinate shipping of and ensure ecomm photos are done in a timely manner according to the standards set by Lucky Brand. * Assist Division head by acting as email point person to team for effective communication of brand information and sales strategies including delivery changes, product changes, conference call set ups, price changes. Act as point person to coordinate/compile requested information from team for analysis by division head. * Update/maintain current product closeout lists weekly with up to date inventory and discount offered. * Maintain NY showroom displays including sample tracking, maintain organization of showroom office, compile salesman books, photograph lot samples, create e-vites, customer appointment lists, print forms and prepare account folders for meetings. * Assist specialty sales execs at regional shoe shows when necessary including setup/breakdown, assisting customers, recapping sales performance. Coordinate sample needs, folder needs, etc as requested by sales execs with approval by division head.
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's Degree required
* 1-2 years of comparable retail or fashion work experience preferred
